We now check your MT4 and MT5 logins

When you add an MT4 or MT5 account, we now sign in to the platform to confirm your credentials work. The check runs in the background just after you add the account, so it shows as validating for a short while until the result comes back.

We're still finishing the part that tells you clearly when a check fails, and we're working through broker servers that aren't covered yet.
