Add your own broker server

Right now, if your broker's server isn't already in our list, you have to wait for our team to add it before you can connect that account. We're building it so you can add the server yourself and connect straight away; once it connects successfully, everyone else gets it too, and we can still remove an entry that turns out to be wrong.

To start with this will cover DXTrade, DXTrade XT, MatchTrader and TradeLocker. MT4 and MT5 servers will still be added by our team for now.
